We will try to help you, but Yea-Lin is not a professional design company, we may need you to provide more detailed drawings, not just a simple concept. We have skilled engineers who can fully communicate with customers when they provide design sketches, convert design sketches into engineering drawings, so as to facilitate workshop production, and will carefully confirm the details of products and the areas needing to be changed with customers in the design, so as to make the customer's imagination come true.

Yea-Lin has professional and skilled technicians to provide surface treatment for the products. We can provide our in-house services as painting, silk screening, pad printing, polishing, sand blasting, powder coating, etc. We are working with our reliable third party partners to provide more surface treatment processes.

It is difficult to set the tolerances on all processes and materials, the final tolerances on your part will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to:
√ Part size
√ Requirement of designer
√ The production quantity
√ Material(s)
√ Surface finish
√ Manufacturing process
We will review your design and point out any areas where we may not be able to achieve your desired tolerances according to our production experience. Balancing tolerance and cost can be a challenging process for both of us, so it’s great help if you can specify which sizes in your design have critical tolerances that must be met and which can be slightly adjusted for time and costs cutting involved.

Yes, customer-supplied material is fine so long as it fits with our machine capabilities. We usually need you to provide material parameters to our technical department for confirmation, please click here to send us an email. We also can use the master model for vacuum casting copies if you have one.
