  • What's The Difference Between The Quality of Prototypes and The General Products?

    Prototype is different with the general product, usually it’s short delivery, urgent processing, and some aspects could not be achieved exactly the same with the drawings. We’ll have adjustment gap for customer assembly. And some details from drawings may not be achieved by machining, the functionality will be weaker than general product, this is a common phenomenon of prototype, and it is not a quality problem. In the data analysis stage before place the order, our engineers will communicate these issues with customers specifically.
  • What to Do If We Receive a Bad Product or Are not Completely Satisfied with the Parts We Received?

    Please provide your inspection report with some pictures to show all defects on the product, we will check our inspection records, and discuss with you for next step. In general, if it is a defect caused by our quality problems or shipping problems, we will replace the bad product as soon as possible. If you can ship the product back to us according to our guide, you have the option of refunding.
    There is some general industry norm on here:
    Regarding the prototypes, it means
    Regarding plastic injection molding and pressure die casting T1 (first trial samples of tooling) samples, they are never completely satisfactory, this is an industry norm. For example, T1 samples rarely carry the final finish/texture per your drawing, and normally with some injection defects, so we need to modify the design and have tooling changes made as the customer often finds.
  • Can You Expedite My Order?

    We can expedite the execution of orders conditionally, such as the adjustment of customer's production plan, the urgent need for project testing, etc. We often coordinate with the overtime needs of customers, and timely consultation with customers on the possible additional costs. Of course, stabilizing production according to plan is the best choice.
  • What Will You Do if My Order Is Delayed?

    Due to the nature of Manufacturing, the production of parts can sometimes take longer than expected, which in turn may result in delays in receiving your order. In these cases, we'll make sure to immediately email you with an update, with the new estimated shipping date and the reason for this delay.

  • How Do You Ensure Your Quality?

From the very beginning, we receive the customer's design, the purchase of materials, and the final product.
