Of course, there are some special cases, such as SLA prototype, because the cost of raw materials and transportation is higher than that of Western countries, even considering the lower labor costs, they do not have much price advantage in China.
According to our experience, we have strong price advantages in vacuum casting and CNC machining processing of prototypes, rapid tooling, aluminum and zinc casting products. For example, the price of our rapid plastic injection molds and casting dies using pre-hardened steel is always 50% of the European and American market price. This price advantage is also reflected in labor-intensive and time-consuming prototypes manufacturing and die-casting production.
